Located in a quiet area at the city border but just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, with a good S-Bahn connection (still inner area) into the city. The room features a large south-facing window with views of meadows, and the apartment and room have been newly renovated.

The shared rooms – kitchen, bathroom, corridor, laundry room, and large garden – can be used together; however, using the garden requires light gardening assistance. The room can be rented unfurnished or furnished upon request.

Required documents: Schufa credit report, proof of income, proof of personal liability insurance, and a deposit equivalent to 2 months’ base rent.

Additional details:

Quiet location at the city border but only 2 minutes’ walk to the bus stop; bus connection to Lochhausen; 5 minutes to the train station or 20 minutes to Pasing; good S-Bahn service into the city (still inner area), and convenient parking available in front of the house.

Currently, the room is furnished with a 140cm bed with a slatted frame (without a mattress) and two 1-meter-wide wardrobes. Additionally, there is an option to add a desk or a 90x200cm bed. (A mattress must be provided by the tenant.)

A laundry room with washing and drying facilities is available, and there is also a rental washing machine for the shared apartment.

The kitchen is partially equipped with plates, pots, and cutlery.
