Flat to rent 3+1 • 74 m² without real estate, Hesse
Individual, affordable, and sustainably built living space in Rödermark (Rhein-Main region) in a beautiful peripheral location with a neighborhood that shares responsibility:
With this TING project, young families and people of all generations find a new, long-term home in an attractive region.
Living in a private housing cooperative offers the security of home ownership and the flexibility of renting. As a member, you acquire a permanent right to use an individual, contemporary apartment where you choose to live.
HEALTHY, SUSTAINABLE, AND ENERGY-EFFICIENTLY BUILT HOUSING
SUSTAINABLE AND PREDICTABLE: WOOD HYBRID CONSTRUCTION
The buildings are constructed using a wood-hybrid method that employs wood from sustainable forestry. Finished modules and individual elements of the houses are delivered by truck and assembled directly on site.
This ensures both excellent fire protection properties and short construction times with predictable costs.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS MET
All buildings meet the KfW Energy Efficiency House 40 standards to receive the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG).
The houses feature good insulation, and the ventilation concept provides demand-controlled supply and exhaust for a healthy indoor climate.
A GOOD MIX OF RENTING AND OWNING
For your apartment, you pay a monthly usage fee and are protected in the long term against termination due to owner-occupied needs. With a one-time membership fee, you become an equal member of the cooperative. The cooperative builds the houses, owns them, and assumes the financial obligations. This concept combines the flexibility of renting with the security of ownership. In our project "Am Alten Seeweg eG," we offer various apartments ranging from 2 to 4 rooms (approximately 42 – 93 m²).
Feel free to contact us, and we will find the right apartment for you!
RÖDERMARK – A LIVABLE SMALL TOWN IN THE “GREEN CENTER”
Located in the green center of the southern Rhein-Main region in the Offenbach district, the dynamic small town of Rödermark unites attractive factors to help you and your family shape the future individually and with a high quality of life:
DYNAMIC SMALL TOWN IN THE METROPOLITAN REGION
Rödermark is an integral part of the Frankfurt Rhine-Main metropolitan region—one of the strongest economic regions in Europe with international connections, attractive companies, and plentiful job opportunities.
DIVERSE LOCAL LEISURE AND CULTURAL OFFERS
Art and culture, leisure and sport, recreation and active living are all part of the region’s lifestyle concept. And from Rödermark, it’s only a stone’s throw to the nearest world cultural heritage site and nature conservation area.
OPEN COMMUNITY, COMPACT INFRASTRUCTURE
With around 30,000 residents, the town of Rödermark is clear and welcoming, featuring compact infrastructure and a good public transport network. The modern fiber-optic network ensures connectivity even beyond local boundaries.
SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT
To remain livable and attractive, Rödermark is committed to expanding social infrastructure and addressing issues such as multigenerational living, childcare, barrier-free access, and sustainability.
TOWN OF SHORT DISTANCES
Whether by bus, train, bike, or on foot (or a combination): many routes can be conveniently navigated without a car. Public transportation is well developed, and even the train station is reachable on foot within just 20 minutes.
STRAIGHTFORWARD DESIGN = ROOM FOR INDIVIDUAL EXPRESSION
Whether natural, stylish, classic, playful, or eccentric: we express our personality especially within our own four walls. To ensure that everyone—from young to old—feels completely at ease, the apartments support this need for individual freedom of design.
Clear structures, a well-thought-out layout, and a straightforward, timeless design of the houses and apartments leave plenty of room for personal customization. Although the apartments follow a common pattern to keep construction efficient and costs low, there is still the opportunity for individual design. At the start of the construction phase, you can select essential elements, such as flooring, from presented models.
Thus, within the framework of a communal housing project, a feel-good apartment designed to your own specifications is created.
