SUSTAINABLE AND COST-EFFECTIVE: WOOD HYBRID CONSTRUCTION
The buildings are constructed using a wood-hybrid method that employs wood from sustainable forestry. Prefabricated modules and individual components of the houses are delivered by truck and assembled directly on site.
This ensures excellent fire protection properties as well as short construction times and predictable costs.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS MET
All buildings comply with the KfW Energy Efficiency House 40 standards to obtain the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG). The houses feature excellent insulation, and the ventilation concept incorporates demand-controlled ventilation and dehumidification to ensure a healthy indoor environment.
A GOOD MIX OF RENTING AND BUYING
For your apartment, you pay a monthly usage fee and are protected in the long term from termination due to owner occupancy. With a one-time membership fee, you become an equal member of the cooperative. The cooperative builds the houses, owns the property, and takes on the financial obligations.
