A demand-controlled exhaust system without heat recovery is used for ventilating the apartments. Fresh air is drawn in via an external air inlet. A moisture-controlled exhaust fan is positioned in the bathroom, WC, or kitchen. The entire apartment is ventilated through door undercuts that function as overflow openings between the supply and exhaust areas.

SANITARY:

Hot water is produced by an individual apartment unit station, where the water and heat meters are integrated.

Kitchens are provided with connections for cold/hot water and wastewater.

Washing machines are connected to both cold water and wastewater lines.

SANITARY FIXTURES:

The sanitary fixtures are by Keramag, type Icon in white, with fittings by Vigour, type White in chrome. The washbasins are accompanied by base cabinets. The toilets feature an air extraction system connected to the ventilation.

The shower trays are from the brand Bette, made of high-quality titanium-enhanced steel/enamel.
