The large panoramic window in what is currently the dining area brings joy every morning as soon as you wake up.
The kitchen can currently be closed off with a door and includes a fully functional, complete kitchen setup that you can work with.
The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom features a large bathtub that provides soothing warmth after a long winter lakeside stroll.
At present, a washing machine is connected in the bathroom, saving a trip to the basement.
The apartment is located within a 3-minute walk of the Kressbronn train station, as well as shops, banks, a church, and the town hall.
By bicycle, you can reach the lakeside in Kressbronn on Lake Constance or the outdoor swimming pool in just a few minutes.
Lindau and Friedrichshafen are both approximately 15 km away.
Kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school are available in Kressbronn – see also the Kressbronn Educational Center.
The largest harbor on Lake Constance in Gohren is reachable within a few minutes by bicycle or car.
