we are selling our old family farmhouse.

We have hardly found any documents, neither an exact floor plan nor a precise construction year. All details are therefore estimates.

The house was built about 100-120 years ago. Our family was involved for a long time in the local agricultural tobacco and sugar beet farming, which is why, in addition to the residential building, it features numerous barns and old stables, two garages, and a laundry room.

On the ground floor there are two living rooms, a large one and a small one, a (fitted) kitchen with electrical appliances, a storage room, a guest toilet, a bathroom, and a sleeping room. An open wooden staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor there are two additional bathrooms as well as five bedrooms. In another room on the first floor, connections exist for an additional kitchen. Some of the rooms serve as passage rooms.

A folding ladder leads to the attic. The attic is not finished and not insulated and consists of a wooden structure with overlapping tiles. In the large paved courtyard there are two garages, several old stables, and one large old barn. Behind the barn lies a large garden.

Last year, external road excavation work damaged an exterior wall of the stables – we are currently having the damage professionally repaired.

We are in the process of obtaining an energy performance certificate. This will be provided immediately once it is available.

About 7-8 years ago a new heating system was installed. The windows are about 15 years old and made of plastic. In accordance with the needs of older generations, there are often only a few two-prong outlets in the rooms.

The floors are old and in need of renovation.
