We are selling a restaurant/café that was operated until recently, together with two very large holiday apartments in Hahnenklee.

There are 2 wonderfully spacious bathrooms, a guest WC, a kitchen, and 5 rooms designated as bedrooms. One of these rooms is so large that 3 bunk beds (for 6 people) could be accommodated there. Thus, the 1st floor can easily house 14 people.

On the 2nd floor:

There is 1 wonderfully spacious bathroom, a guest WC, a kitchen, and 4 rooms for bedrooms. One of these rooms is so large that it could accommodate 3 bunk beds (for 6 people). Hence, the 2nd floor can easily accommodate 12 people.

This means the property offers sleeping arrangements for 26 people. The large restaurant kitchen, the spacious dining hall, the deep-freeze storage, the draught system, etc., on the ground floor are very inviting for a large group to have a great time. In Zorge in the Eastern Harz—a place completely lacking infrastructure—there is a group house for 20 people. That old group house is very poorly equipped with outdated furniture and old bathrooms and is managed by our administrator. Even that group house, in a less favorable location with poor facilities, enjoys very high occupancy rates.

A group house with our facilities in our location—in the most beautiful and attractive mountain village in the Upper Harz, with its many excellent activity offerings in Hahnenklee—would therefore have very high occupancy rates.
