Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. In total, up to 780 m² can be leased. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point, the hall is about 10.80 m high, and at its lowest point about 4 m (see photos). This results in a volume of nearly 5,700 m³ for the hall.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (negotiable) is composed accordingly (starting at 10€ per m² of floor space). The high-rack system can be individually designed for the customer, so that even higher or lower rack levels can be created. Please understand that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces but instead focus on leasing larger areas.

Occupancy would be possible from September 2025.

The warehouse is on ground level and therefore barrier-free. The facility can be accessed from both sides by a truck/car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is even possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is located in the Wandlitz OT Basdorf industrial area on a quiet one-way street. The highways A11 and A10 can be reached in 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity, as well as a high-current connection. Individual compartments can be heated by arrangement.

The area on which the warehouse is located is monitored by video surveillance and secured with a steel gate.
