There are three shared apartment rooms available:

• Smallest room, No. 3: (already rented!)

• Medium room, No. 2: 500€ plus 90€ additional costs

• Largest room, No. 1: 530€ plus 90€ additional costs

All living areas feature genuine hardwood parquet, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. In the shared spaces – kitchen, hallway, and bathroom – large, modern tiles provide a low-maintenance overall look. The ceilings are suspended and equipped with integrated LED spots, offering enhanced light distribution throughout the rooms so you don’t have to worry about lamps.

The apartment and rooms are rented partially furnished. The new, modern fitted kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, extractor hood, washing machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. Each room comes with the following new furnishings and features: a bed, desk, desk chair, and wardrobe. Additionally, you’ll find extra items in the rooms such as desk lamps, curtains, additional storage, carpets, and more. You are welcome to personalize and expand your room with your own belongings.

The apartment on Ellerstr. is located right in the lively district of Eller. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and everything you need for daily life. Transportation is excellent: the subway, tram, and bus are accessible within minutes, and the main train station is quickly reachable on foot or by bike. Despite its central location, the neighborhood is pleasantly urban, with a friendly community and short distances to downtown – ideal for students or professionals who appreciate city living.

This is a new shared apartment formation. We gladly welcome individual inquiries as well as inquiries from existing communities or friendships. It is important to us that the property is treated with respect and that there is a decent coexistence with the existing house community.

The advertised rent is per room; the deposit is equivalent to 3 months’ rent per shared apartment room and can conveniently be paid in three installments.

Each tenant receives their own indefinite rental contract according to legal standards, so no one has to assume responsibility for the entire apartment. We do not offer short-term rentals or AirBnB-style leasing.
