The apartment is partially furnished:

One bedroom is equipped with a bed; in the kitchen you will find a small fitted kitchen including a stove, hotplates, a coffee machine, cabinets, and a table with two chairs. In the living room there is already a sofa bed along with various cabinets, a table, and an armchair.

There is a wall cabinet in the shower room.

The tenant is responsible for the costs of gas, electricity, internet, and the broadcasting fee (GEZ). The water billing is included in the operating costs statement.

Located in the heart of Blankenburg, this beautiful half-timbered house is situated right on the shopping and tourist mile: Lange Straße. The distance to supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy, doctors, hairdressers, an ice-cream parlor, and restaurants is very short.

For tourists or those with an adventurous spirit, there are fantastic excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity: the Teufelsmauer, Regenstein Castle and Fortress, baroque castle gardens, Blankenburg Castle, sand caves, the organic outdoor swimming pool at Thie, and the little castle.

Important: Living in a half-timbered house is significantly different from living in a fully insulated new building. However, the advantage here is a great, quiet, and central location, very friendly neighbors, and you will never experience dry eyes or lungs, as this half-timbered house is always “breathing.”
