With a heavy heart, we are parting with our town house 124, a new build with first occupancy, due to relocating out of the region.

The house was built and equipped with love. We invested around 17,000 euros so that the house was not built over the winter but only started to be erected in the spring/summer under good weather conditions (documentation is available and can be provided upon request). We paid special attention to high-quality mineral plaster and a paint rated “very good” by Ökotest.

Double-glazed insulated windows, electrically operated shutters with remote control, and an air-water heat pump complete the package. The house achieves perfect energy ratings of A+.

To ensure a good indoor climate, we installed a ventilation system, built an extra room—either a bedroom, office, or guest room—and retrofitted the ventilation system there. See for yourself the excellent indoor climate.

Underfloor heating and a light-colored floor create a welcoming environment to feel good. For safety, an earthquake and snow load package has been installed. The living area is listed as 124 m² (including a utility room). It might be just a little bit more, as the heating system was later upgraded to a high-quality and modern air-water heat pump, thereby eliminating the need for a fireplace. This saves on chimney sweep costs and opens up the possibility of saving expenses with a PV system. Two empty conduits with internal ducting for the later installation of the PV connection have been pre-laid. Additionally, a rainwater cistern, a fiber optic connection, lines for the installation of an EV charging station, and other highlights are available.

We built the house for ourselves and took care to monitor everything regularly so that no construction issues arose. The ventilation system and heating are permanently running, and the house is only being handed over because we had to relocate our main residence to the Heilbronn area for personal and professional reasons. We are reluctantly parting with the house and hope that it will make a small family as happy as we had once envisioned.

The house is located in an idyllic and quiet area in a new development near the forest with a great climate. Wehingen is a town of roughly 3,700 residents with schools, kindergartens, doctors, a pharmacy, supermarkets and shopping centers, taverns, restaurants, a café, various shops, banks, a nursing home, several companies, craft businesses, various clubs, cultural offerings, leisure, sports, and hiking trails.

The Black Forest and the Swabian Alb lie just beyond the door.

The federal highway B14 towards the A81 Stuttgart – Singen is about 11 km away, while the B27, which leads to Rottweil and in the direction of Tübingen – Stuttgart, is about 9 km away.

Lake Constance is reachable in about 45 minutes.
