It is ideally suited for working adults who are looking for communal accommodation for a limited period. The room on offer is available for immediate occupancy and provides everything needed for a comfortable everyday life. The apartment is designed so that many activities can be done together, but it is by no means mandatory.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area of Alterlangen. The city center can be reached on foot or by bicycle in a short time, offering excellent access to central shopping facilities. Public transportation connections are optimal – the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away.

The individually usable room faces west and has a loggia (balcony) for relaxed moments outdoors. It is arranged into a living area, an eating and working area, and a quiet sleeping area.

The room features a 1.4 m wide queen-size bed. For quiet evenings or relaxing reading, there is a comfortable armchair and a smart TV.

Both in the room itself and in the storage room, there is plenty of space to store work or study materials, a laptop and other technology, clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and anything else that shouldn’t be left lying around.
