Approximately 30 kilometers east of Berlin lies the town of Rehfelde. It stretches between fields and woodlands along the Berlin-Kostryzn (Küstrin) railway line. The municipality of Rehfelde also includes the districts of Alt-Rehfelde, Werder, and Zinndorf, which are located slightly outside the central area.

The federal highway B1/B5 runs a few kilometers south of Rehfelde, making the town accessible by car. At Rehfelde station, there is a connection to the regional train, which can take you to Kostryzn in Poland or to Berlin. It takes about half an hour to reach central Berlin. Bus lines 934 and 936 run through the town, and further connections are available from Strausberg station.

The areas of Rehfelde village, Werder, and Zinndorf consist of a few houses mostly lined up along a main street. The development is loose, characterized by single-family homes and greenery. The Mühlenfließ stream flows past Werder and Zinndorf. You can reach the Tesla Gigafactory by car in approximately 25 minutes.

A year and a half ago, new flooring was installed throughout the apartment, all walls and ceilings were refurbished, and the railing was repainted.

The apartment does not have a balcony, and there is no fitted kitchen.
