Our spacious 5-room apartment in Hamburg-Niendorf is located on a quiet side street with detached houses, on the ground floor of a villa dating from 1913. The apartment has two terraces—one with a small patch of lawn and one adjoining the conservatory, whose windows can be fully opened.

The two living rooms are connected. The living area facing the street features large bay windows that let in plenty of light. This room is furnished with a leather seating area and bookshelves. A stove completes the cozy atmosphere. Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV (with cable connection). The second living room features a dining table for about six people. A door from this room leads into the beautiful conservatory. A bistro table offers space for a snack. In front of the conservatory is a smaller terrace. When the conservatory doors are open, a large terrace overlooking the front garden is created.

The eat-in kitchen is paneled with wood. It has a large fitted wall and a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator-freezer combination. The extended kitchen table seats up to six people. From the kitchen, you can access the sun terrace, which faces east and is located at the rear, with a small patch of lawn.

The bedrooms are furnished with two double beds (200x160 cm) and one single bed (200x80 cm). Duvets, pillows, bed linen, and towels are provided. The spacious bathroom has a window, a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. The washing machine and dryer are also located here.

The furnished apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The broadcasting fee is to be paid separately. An internet connection (fiber optic, 600 Mbit) is available.

Our apartment can be rented from February 2026 for up to twelve months.

Niendorf is a popular residential area with good public transport connections via bus and train. The neighborhood offers shopping opportunities and schools, making it an attractive residential area for families and professionals.

The Niendorfer Gehege, Hamburg’s local recreation area, is right on the doorstep.
