The apartment was renovated using natural materials and features an oiled parquet floor. It includes a living-dining area, an open hallway, a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a shower with a massage function, a sleeping area with a 160 cm wide double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, stove, coffee machine, kettle, tea towels, pots, plates, cutlery). A roof balcony invites you to relax. Furthermore, the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. A television is available. Additional amenities include air conditioning, an iron, an ironing board, and a sofa bed in the living room. Towels, bed linen, and tea towels are also provided.
The holiday apartment is furnished in a high-quality and cozy manner. In the underground garage, there is a car wash bay as well as a bicycle parking space available (if a parking space is rented). A drying room can also be used. Optionally, additional storage space in the basement can be provided for a fee.
The holiday apartment is available for rental periods of 1 to 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.
The rental prices are tiered per day as follows:
• 1 month: €80 per day
• 2 months: €70 per day
• 3 months: €60 per day
• 4 months: €50 per day
• 5 months: €40 per day
• 6 months: €30 per day
For a rental period of 6 months, this results in a base rent (cold rent) of approximately €900 per month (calculated with 30 days), plus a deposit.
Deposit (depending on the rental period):
• 1 month: €600
• 2 months: €900
• 3 months: €1,200
• 4 months: €1,500
• 5 months: €1,600
• 6 months: €1,800
An underground garage parking space can also be rented separately if needed, at an extra cost of €50 per month.
Electricity, telephone, and internet must be arranged and paid for by the tenant. I am happy to provide support in this process.
Note: To ensure a smooth process, the deposit may be increased to up to 3 months’ rent in the case of certain risk factors, such as the absence of an employment contract, the lack of a workplace, or a negative or missing SCHUFA report.
