The major district town of Zittau offers an outstanding quality of life that is hard to find in other parts of Germany. The apartment features an ideal layout and has no typical through-rooms usually found in Zittau as shown in the floor plan. All rooms, including the bathroom and kitchen, have windows, making the apartment overall very bright and homely. The apartment includes a new balcony as well as a storage room within the unit. All rooms have been papered and painted. The period doors were refinished by a master carpenter and repainted white. The bathroom was completely renovated, tiled with modern tiles, and equipped with new sanitary fixtures. Due to increasing demand for showers, a shower unit was also installed here. Modern bathrooms are unfortunately still quite rare in the Zittau housing market. We, as the owners, want the tenants to feel comfortable and are aiming for a long-term rental. We wish to personally get to know our tenants, which is why we handle the rental personally. We offer our tenants the opportunity to live with us for life, and we will not terminate the contract on our end—as long as the house rules are observed and contractual obligations are met.
