The accommodation is approximately 165 m² and can accommodate up to 12 people. Highlights: terrace, communal room, bathroom/WC, and kitchen. All windows were completely replaced in 2024/25, and the unit has been comprehensively renovated.

The unit is excellent for long-term rentals, for example for fiber-optic expansion, installations, project-related stays, etc., as well as for larger groups of students who wish to live together as a flatshare (WG).

Standard, individual single beds are provided! The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped (Miele appliances). A bathroom with 2 toilet compartments, 2 shower cabins, and 2 washbasins completes the offer.

We reserve the right to make necessary or short-term changes. We prefer longer-term rentals and favor them. For longer-term rentals, individual discounts are negotiable.
