In our recently renovated apartment, the doors are now open and from this point two stylish rooms are available.

We're looking for a new roommate!

The entire apartment is tastefully furnished. All the floors have been newly laid and the walls freshly painted, so you’ll feel at home as soon as you move in.

The room is approximately 16 square meters in size.

It impresses with a large terrace door, which accentuates the spacious feel of the room and also lets in plenty of daylight. The terrace itself faces the inner courtyard, so you can spend cozy, quiet moments here – whether winding down your day or leisurely enjoying a coffee/tea ;)

This room also offers everything you need for living, such as a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe.

In the common areas you’ll find a large table for sharing meals with your roommate or enjoying a cozy game night with your friends.

A fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, waste separation system under the sink, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and an extractor fan complete this apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of the 6th district, just a stone’s throw from the famous Mariahilfer Straße, in one of Vienna’s most sought-after areas. In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping opportunities.

The area around Millergasse is characterized by a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. In the charming side streets and alleys, you’ll find small boutiques, traditional Viennese eateries, and modern cafés. Also nearby is the Haus des Meeres, one of Vienna’s most popular excursion destinations.

Mariahilfer Straße, the longest shopping street in Austria, offers countless shops, cafés, restaurants, and cultural highlights – ideal for shopping sprees, culinary discoveries, or leisurely strolls.

Thanks to its proximity to the Westbahnhof (U6 + U3) and Zieglergasse (U3) subway stations, as well as several bus and tram lines, Millergasse is excellently connected to public transportation. Within minutes, you can be in the city center or other parts of Vienna.

For moving in, we would require the following documents:

• InfoPass for KSV1870 tenants and/or a parental guarantor

• Proof of identity

• Self-disclosure form

• Previous landlord reference

Additional costs (heating, electricity, liability insurance): €110.00 per month per person need to be factored in.

Internet (WLAN) can be provided for an additional €20/month.

Rental conditions:

Deposit: 3 months’ rent

Minimum rental period: 3 months

Direct rental from the owner – No broker fee!

What we’re looking for:

We would like a roommate who is open, tidy, and reliable. It does not matter whether you study or work – as long as the chemistry is right!
