At Neue Straße 6 in Laatzen, a newly founded 2-person shared apartment will be created in December 2025, comprising two separate apartments (each with 2 rooms). The apartments are located on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor (attic) of a well-maintained multi-family house.

The apartment on the 3rd floor stands out with two equally sized rooms, which will be completely furnished before move-in. Each room will receive a bed, smart TV, desk with office chair, bedside table, lighting, and a wardrobe – so everything is set up for an uncomplicated start. Currently, the apartment is being used as a vacation rental, which is why the photos show a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other – however, the furnishings will, of course, be adjusted.

In the apartment on the 2nd floor, the rooms are different in size – one measures approximately 14 m², the other around 18 m² – making them ideal for selection depending on your budget and space needs.

Both apartments offer a bright, friendly atmosphere, practical layouts, and are perfect for young professionals, students, or trainees who appreciate living together while still enjoying individual comfort.

The costs are based on the smaller room size.

For the larger room, the rent is 30€ more.
