Byt se nachází v pečlivě udržovaném cihlovém činžovním domě z období těsně po 2. světové válce, který prošel kompletní rekonstrukcí — vyměněna byla okna, uděláno zateplení, nové rozvody i společné prostory.

Výhodou je dopravní dostupnost. Na metro Kačerov se dostanete za 7 minut svižné chůze, případně minutu od domu staví autobusy, které vás za další minutu na metro odvezou. Metrem poté dojedete za 10 minut do centra Prahy.

I offer for rent a 1-room apartment with a kitchenette (30m²) after partial renovation (new kitchenette, new flooring). The apartment is located in a well-maintained brick tenement building dating from just after World War II, which has undergone a complete renovation – including the replacement of windows, added insulation, new wiring, and renovated common areas.
The apartment is situated on the 5th floor of a total of 6 (counting both the ground floor and the basement). New windows facing the inner courtyard ensure a surprisingly quiet environment in the apartment.
The apartment comes partially furnished: a kitchenette with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer, an IKEA bed with a mattress and storage space, a table with two chairs, a waste bin, and a year-old washing machine in the bathroom. I prefer to keep the existing furnishings, but it is possible to arrange for their removal.
Heating is provided by a wall-mounted heating unit (WAW), which is very efficient thanks to the insulation. Hot water is supplied by a year-old water heater. Upon agreement, a newly renovated cellar of approximately 5 m² is also available.
The advantage is the excellent transport accessibility. You can reach the Kačerov metro station in a brisk 7-minute walk, or alternatively, a bus stops one minute from the building and takes you to the metro in another minute. From there, you can reach the center of Prague in 10 minutes by metro.
In the vicinity of the building, there are shops, restaurants, and a café.
The apartment is ideally available from January 1, 2026, but essentially it can be occupied immediately.
