In the large, modernly furnished room there is, besides a double bed, a sofa for relaxing, a workspace, as well as various storage options and a wardrobe. The kitchen, which is accessed via a small hallway with storage space for suitcases and other items, provides the necessary comfort for a small household and is completely equipped. The bathroom, with towel rails, was modernly designed just like the kitchen. The communal areas are clean and well-maintained. The apartment comes with a cellar, and at the rear there is a shared garden. Heating and gas can be provided on a flat-rate basis, depending on the rental period. Internet is available.

The nearest S- and U-stations for public transport are: Rathaus Steglitz (S1 and U9), Südende (S25), and Attilastraße (S2). All these stations can be reached by bus within 5-10 minutes.
The apartment is particularly well-suited for people who study or work at FU Berlin, at the Charité Campus Benjamin Franklin, or in Potsdam.
For individual dinners in the evening, the multifunctional microwave with oven and grill as well as the induction hob are available. And your morning coffee is also taken care of. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes “in the meantime” and the washing machine is ready for your laundry.
