We rent out our fully furnished semi-detached five-room house in Schenefeld from December 28, 2025. The tenancy can be agreed upon for a minimum period of 6 months and a maximum of 3 years. The house features approximately 122 m² of living space and is fully furnished. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious fitted kitchen with a dining table and seating area, a guest WC, as well as a bright, light-filled living area. In addition, there are two terraces and a small garden. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms equipped with closet systems and chests of drawers, along with a bathroom featuring a rain shower. The converted attic provides extra space with cozy carpeted flooring and ample room to realize your ideas. The cellar, which is approximately 50 m² in size, includes two large hobby rooms and a utility room with a washing machine, a clothes horse, an ironing board, and an iron. In addition to the private garden, there is a communal garden behind the house that includes a large play field with a slide, swings, and a horizontal bar – for children and dogs.

Should an unfurnished rental be desired, we can, upon agreement, remove some of the furniture or negotiate a purchase of our furniture in combination with a reduced rent. Just talk to us.
