Description of the house:
You enter the semi-detached house by stepping up two steps. The entrance door is covered, protecting you or your guests in poor weather, and a large mailbox is mounted under the canopy. The front door of frosted glass ensures daylight in the entry hall.
When you enter the house via the ground floor, you pass from the entry hall into a guest WC equipped with a small hand basin and a mirrored cabinet (anthracite tiled floor, white half-tiled walls, and a frosted glass window), followed by a room for storage or as a cloakroom. The open-plan living/dining kitchen adjoins the entry hall. The ground floor is fully tiled with anthracite-colored tiles. Additionally, there is an intercom system at the front door. A large terrace adjoins the living/dining room and leads directly to the garden. The garden is fully fenced and can be accessed from the outside through a lockable garden gate.

Rohrdorf is situated in a rural setting at the edge of the densification area of the Middle Neckar (Stuttgart region) in the northern Black Forest region within the district of Freudenstadt, and it is the easternmost community of the district.
The semi-detached house is located in a sunny, peripheral area of the village, right next to fields and meadows between the new Eutingen train station and Weitingen. The Eutingen train station, about 1.5 km away, offers good rail connections, for example to Stuttgart or Singen. There is also good access to the A81 – the Rottenburg/Ergenzingen exit is approximately 8 km away and the Horb exit about 9 km away. Furthermore, there is easy access to the beautiful Neckar valley. Freudenstadt is about 30 km away.
A kindergarten, with operating hours from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., is located in the immediate vicinity (about 250 m from the house). Additionally, since September 2024, there has been a forest kindergarten open from 7:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., located approximately 1.2 km from the semi-detached house.
The primary and secondary school is located in Eutingen im Gäu or in the neighboring community of Weitingen (the primary school is roughly 1.5 km from the house). Further schools are available in the area, for example in Horb or Rottenburg. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity.
A bakery in Rohrdorf is open for you on Saturdays (6:45–9:30 a.m.).
