We are selling our beautiful, renovated farm located at the edge of the forest with a breathtaking view and absolute tranquility.

The residential building (a half-timbered house), built in 1893, has been lovingly and comprehensively renovated since 2013 and is sold furnished. Adjacent to the residential building, on one side, there is a large (lifestyle) stable with access to the pasture, and on the other side, a large barn with storage capacity for approximately 50 bales of hay, a tractor, a forklift, a trailer, and much more.

Inside the barn, we have converted the old cow stall into three horse stalls; two of these are very large and can accommodate two horses each or be used as turnout boxes. Adjoining the barn is a workshop and an additional room that can be used for storage.

From the stable, you have access to the adjoining 1.5-hectare pasture, which is divided into four separate fields. Behind the barn, there is a riding arena of 15 x 15 m, enclosed with fence panels.
