We are privately renting a bright, quietly located single apartment with an open-plan kitchen leading to the living/sleeping area and a sunny balcony, on the first floor of our well-maintained multi-family house. The house is located on a quiet side street in Paderborn, Schloß Neuhaus.
Along the kitchen wall, there is a tiled mirror and the necessary connections, but no kitchen furniture.
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Living area of the apartment is 33.25 m². Energy certificate Class A, dated 27.7.2022.
The daylight-filled living room has a large window and a door to the balcony. This pleasant apartment is very bright and ideal for one person to feel comfortable.
Our apartment has recently been extensively renovated. The vinyl laminate flooring is new and all walls and ceilings have been freshly painted.
Included in the offer is a private storage room in the basement, as well as a shared laundry and drying room used by all tenants in the building, and an additional bicycle cellar.
We are happy to rent long-term, and we expect quiet and tidy tenants in permanent employment.
Rent is available only to non-smokers. Pet keeping is not desired.
