Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. In total, 780 m² can be rented. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point the hall is approximately 10.80 m high, and at its lowest point approximately 4 m high (see pictures). Accordingly, the hall has a volume of nearly 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented space, the rent (negotiable) is composed accordingly (starting from €10 per m² of floor space). The high-bay shelving can be individually designed for the customer, so that higher or lower shelf levels can be created. Please understand that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces, but instead focus on renting larger areas.

Occupancy would be possible from September 2025.

The warehouse is on ground level and therefore barrier-free accessible. The warehouse can be reached by truck/car from both sides. Depending on the size of the vehicle, you may even be able to drive directly into and through the hall.

The hall is located in the commercial area of Wandlitz OT Basdorf on a quiet one-way street. The motorways A11 and A10 can be reached within 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity as well as a high-current connection. Individual compartments can be heated by arrangement.

The site on which the warehouse is located is under video surveillance and secured with an industrial door.
