This terraced end house, centrally located in the district town of Diepholz, has been in our ownership for over 20 years and is now offered for sale commission-free due to personal changes.
The house was built in 1979 using solid construction methods and is characterized by a timeless and practical design. It has a total of 4 levels, with each level offering usable living space – making it very appealing for families with corresponding space requirements. The actually usable space is therefore more generous than the nominal living area might suggest.

First Floor: Hallway with access to the bathroom with shower/tub, as well as 3 bright children’s rooms. 2 of the children’s rooms have direct access to the balcony.
Attic: Here you will find a large, bright, and fully developed room with 3 windows, currently used as a bedroom and office. There are large storage areas on each side. In addition, there is access to the loft.
Garden: A natural garden with a southern orientation and direct access to the garage, basement, and house. A built-in groundwater well is also available.
