From 01.12.2025 we are looking for a new tenant for our well-maintained maisonette apartment in Nuremberg North.

The apartment was completely renovated three years ago and has remained unchanged since then. We are very happy to welcome a new tenant – currently, the tenant is a friendly 4-person student flat share established three years ago, but we would also be delighted to have a 2-person household.
