• The apartment on the 1st floor (105 m²) costs 995 EUR + an advance payment of 245 EUR for additional costs (for 2 people), including a prepayment for heating costs plus extra electricity. It is a 4-room apartment with a kitchen, bathroom (1x shower/WC and 1x shower/bath) and is suitable for a maximum of 3 people.

• The apartment on the 2nd floor (88 m²) comes with a fitted kitchen and is partially furnished (washing machine, built-in wardrobes, sofa, etc.). It is offered for 850 EUR + an advance payment of 195 EUR for additional costs plus extra electricity (for 1–2 people) for a 3-room apartment with a kitchen, bathtub, and shower/WC. This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults.

There are 2 parking spaces available at 35 EUR/month each. All base rents + additional costs are due monthly when renting both apartments together. A deposit equivalent to 3 months’ base rent is required upon move-in, to be paid into a deposit account or provided as a bank guarantee.
