We still live in the house ourselves, and the attached apartment is currently used by the grandmother.

The house has been completely insulated with Rockwool! The basement is also insulated. The roof has been newly covered and double insulated. The heat pump operates very efficiently, all water pipes have been replaced with copper, there is an extra water line with its own water meter for the garden (without wastewater), 2 new electricity meters, and all roller shutters can be controlled via an app or Alexa. In the living room, a 3-meter-wide aquarium was built-in, with an extra water connection and drain provided for that purpose. This space can either be used again for an aquarium or converted, for example, into a storage room.
The kitchen is still missing a countertop. If the new buyer purchases a countertop, I could still install it.
Both kitchens are included in the purchase price. The furniture is also included, as well as the home cinema (projector, screen, and surround system), washing machine, dryer, etc. Televisions can be taken over as long as they have not already been sold.
In the garden, there are 2 large raised beds – which now need to be reassembled somewhat. Also included are a swing, a playhouse, and a trampoline. There is an apple tree, a young pear tree, and a cherry tree, as well as strawberries, raspberries, and a huge walnut tree.
There are still a few jobs to be done on the house, but I will take care of the interior work myself.

The location of the house is excellent! It is on a very quiet side street. You only need to cross the street (10 meters away) and you can walk for kilometers through the forest. In just a few minutes, you are in the city, near the commercial area, shopping facilities, a doctor, pharmacy, kindergarten, or school. The garden offers many possibilities and invites you to sunbathe on sunny days or splash around in the pool. And another big plus – the neighborhood is fantastic!
The two kitchens, the home cinema, the washing machine, and the dryer are all included in the purchase price. Furniture is sold as well. Anything that is not needed or liked will be given away or disposed of. The workbench in the garage is also included in the sale.
Since we already had a buyer—and unfortunately the financing eventually fell through—and because we had several appointments where it was clear from the start that it would not work out, we ask that you only contact us if your circumstances and financing are already in order, or if the house fits within your budget.
