A nice, friendly community in the heart of Burtscheid. The apartment is not barrier-free as there are three steps outside the building and one step inside the building in the stairwell.

Thanks to the large windows in three directions, the apartment is nearly always flooded with sunlight. The bedroom faces the garden and features a floor-to-ceiling window. The apartment’s windows are positioned high above garden and sidewalk level, ensuring privacy from prying eyes. There is a glass sliding door from the kitchen to the conservatory. A bright wooden door leads into the living room.

The building offers a caretaker service, so there is no need to bring out the garbage or clean the stairwell.

The communal garden is also maintained by the building management.
