Your room offers a spacious 18 sqm and is furnished with new IKEA furniture. You have plenty of room for your personal belongings and even a small reading nook. The entire apartment measures 59 sqm, including a large combined living and kitchen area. There is also another shared room that has been rented to a young student for over a year. The apartment comes with a sunny south-facing balcony overlooking greenery. You can access your new apartment either by elevator or via the historic staircase. It has been freshly renovated, including a new kitchen (see details below). In addition to the furniture, bedding and towels are provided if desired.

Electricity and all additional costs are included in the price. No extra fees will be charged. WiFi at 250 Mbit/s is included. You only need to take care of registering for the broadcasting fee (GEZ) yourself.

The rent also includes a cleaning service. Every two weeks, our cleaning star Nancy cleans the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway.

A landlord confirmation (for registering your residence) can be provided upon request.

All you need to bring is your suitcase. Everything else is already there.

The apartment is rented directly by me, the owner. You will have direct contact with me. Compared to other providers, this “all-around carefree package” is very fair because no further costs will be incurred by you!
