The terraced house was built in 1992 using reinforced concrete construction (“stone by stone”) with sand-lime bricks and reinforced concrete slabs. The facade is partly clad in red brick and partly painted white (most recently in 2022). The attic was lined with plasterboard and fitted with 3 Velux roof windows, 2 of which have additional elements extended downward.
The living and dining areas feature a factory-finished parquet floor (which has not been sanded). The kitchen, entrance hall, bathroom, and guest WC are tiled, while all other rooms have carpet flooring.
The bathroom was later supplemented with a towel radiator.
The house has 2 chimneys, one of which could be used for a fireplace.
