As the owner, I am offering for rent a newly renovated (the apartment has never been lived in), unfurnished one-bedroom plus living room apartment, located on the 5th floor of an apartment building in the broader city center on Šrámkova Street. The apartment offers a spacious 39 m² of living space, plus approximately another 1 m² of cellar storage.

The renovation took place in 2025, during which a new kitchen with an extractor hood, a bathroom, and a Geberit toilet were installed. New flooring has been laid throughout the apartment. Additional features include plastic windows, an internet connection provided in the main room, and a completely renewed electrical system.

From the entrance, a short hallway leads you into a large room with a bedroom (16 m²). There is also a modern and spacious kitchen. The bathroom comes with a shower and toilet combined, and there is a separate storage room with its own door.

The building is located within a 10-minute walk from the city center. Directly across from the building, you will find both a kindergarten and an elementary school, so there is no need to cross any main roads. The Hruška grocery store is just 50 steps away, and parking is available in front of the building. An elevator in the building provides easy access to the apartment.

Rent is 9,900 CZK plus service charges of approximately 1,618 CZK for one person (or 2,368 CZK for two persons) and energy costs (electricity only, which will be metered in the tenant’s name) of around 1,000 CZK, depending on consumption, for the entire apartment. A refundable deposit of two months’ rent is required. Preference is given to applicants without foreclosures or insolvencies who are interested in a long-term lease.

Rent is paid one month in advance. You do not pay any fee to a real estate agent. The apartment is available immediately.
