The project approval and development of the plot will be handled by the Hamburg-based architectural firm pb²architekten (www.pb2-architekten.de).

The plots are ideally located in an area steeped in historical charm. In the immediate vicinity you will find the listed Schönhagen Castle as well as the castle park with its picturesque lake and historic gatehouse.

Only 800 meters away awaits a beautiful sandy beach, where you can relax in a beach chair, enjoy fresh fish sandwiches, or let your eyes wander over the sea while enjoying an ice cream. For your everyday needs, you’ll find a bakery, a grocery store, a kiosk, various bistros, two cafés, and a large playground all within easy walking distance.
