In 2018, we completed a multi-family house in Königswinter Thomasberg, which has been rented since that date.

The current tenant of unit WE 4 will move out at the end of January 2026.

In addition to the stated rental price and the operating and heating costs, for this new building each unit must rent two parking spaces from the tenant at €39.00 each per month.
