Hello,

I am renting out my second apartment in Speyer (approx. 22 sqm) on a temporary basis. The apartment was newly furnished at the beginning of 2024 and features its own entrance at the back of the house with a terrace and a garden right in front.

Rental price: 50€ per day (all-inclusive)

The apartment can be rented temporarily for a short period or even a bit longer; for rental durations of one month or more, the price is 45€ per day.

The Accommodation

The fully equipped apartment offers everything you need to feel at home. A modern, newly renovated bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen with a washing machine, coffee machine, oven with hob, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, and all accessories are already provided.

For extra comfort, there is a DAIKIN air conditioning system and Netflix for relaxed evenings. The sleeping area and living room are fully furnished and ready for immediate move-in.

A particular highlight is the private entrance through the garden that leads directly to the apartment. The associated 130 sqm garden area with its own pergola offers perfect opportunities for barbecuing, relaxing, or working outdoors.

Please note that you are renting an apartment that I use privately. This means it is not a professional rental, and it may happen that my cup of coffee, some dishes in the sink, or books or clothing items are found in various places.

Fresh towels and bedspreads will, of course, be provided. If you get hungry, feel free to help yourself to my food.

Price

The apartment is rented for 50 Euros per day – including all utility costs and WLAN.

A quiet residential street in the heart of Speyer, Schwerdstraße, just a few minutes from the city center. Everyday shops, cafés, bus stops, and the Gedächtniskirche are within walking distance. There is good public transport connectivity as well as close proximity to major traffic routes.
