On the lower level of the apartment, there is a combined living and dining area along with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a pellet stove.

A kitchen, newly installed by the current tenant three years ago, is present. This kitchen can be purchased separately, without the stove, cooktop, and refrigerator, upon agreement.

The bathroom features a wet room and a romantically integrated whirlpool corner bathtub.

A small hallway leads to the utility/laundry room and two bedrooms.

The upper area of the apartment is accessed via a rustic wooden staircase that passes through the open-plan living and dining area.

It is heated using a gas-fired individual heating unit, including hot water preparation.

Electricity and gas are supplied separately; contracts must be concluded independently with the providers and are not included in the additional costs.
