We are looking to rent a 2+kk apartment in Karlin. This unit was built in 2021 in the attic space of an old building. Ideal for a young a couple or a working professional.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave) and a bathroom (washing machine). Otherwise it is unfurnished, only a wardrobe in the bedroom and small storage spaces in the hallway.
The total space within the outer walls is 55.8 (flat) + 2.6 (terrace) square meter. In reality, the usable area within the flat is around 50 square meter.
Our current tenant is paying around 2,500 CZK for water, electricity and gas. (1 person) Internet price is not included.
