New condominium developments – 6 multi-family houses with a total of 72 apartments will be constructed using climate-friendly solid wood construction with industrially prefabricated wall and ceiling elements (series production). Each building features its own staircase and elevator leading to the underground garage, so you can comfortably access every residential floor via the shortest possible route. A lockable cellar room is allocated to each apartment. The buildings offer a ground-level, covered entrance as well as barrier-free design. For example, the bathrooms are equipped with large, level-access showers and the thresholds for balconies and terraces are only about 1 cm high.
Our design achieves a classification in the Efficiency House KfW-40 standard according to the guidelines, allowing you to benefit from low-interest loans. In operation, only minimal energy costs are expected.
The greened roof area will be fitted with a photovoltaic system, and the generated electricity will be supplied at significantly below market price.
Houses 1 through 4 are built almost identically and each features 14 residential units with living areas ranging from approximately 84 m² to approximately 132 m², available in 3- or 4-room configurations.
Houses 5 and 6, located in a protected courtyard setting, each contain 8 apartments with living areas ranging from approximately 61 m² to 117 m² and offer 2-, 3-, or 4-room layouts. The buildings are structurally identical, arranged as mirror images next to one another.
The 6 multi-family houses and their associated access routes are arranged so that the courtyard – sheltered and set away from the street – provides generously sized green areas and a playground that is easily observable for the smallest residents.
The basement is constructed as a WU-concrete structure (“white shell”) – the conveniently accessible underground garage has been planned with separate entry and exit routes to ensure swift ingress and egress, even during peak times.
Approximately 35 underground parking spaces will initially be fully equipped for charging stations/wall boxes, so that you can immediately enjoy a charging facility if desired.
Several communal storage areas for bicycles have also been provided.
The storage areas for waste containers have been planned above ground, close to the buildings, with the shortest possible routes to the street.
Additional optional amenities for seniors and people with minor impairments, such as emergency call systems, are available upon request.
