In our shared flat, rooms are available after the renovation. Come in, feel at home – that’s exactly how it should be. Whether you mainly want to sleep here, need to focus on work, or occasionally host visitors – the spacious room offers you the necessary quiet and flexibility.

The apartment is freshly renovated; currently, the furniture has been ordered and will soon be delivered and assembled. Pictures will follow as soon as possible.

The apartment itself is clearly structured:

Five separate rooms in two wings, a bright and generous kitchen with a large dining area serving as a common meeting point, and two bathrooms ensure sufficient space. All rooms are connected by a spacious corridor, which contributes to a pleasant sense of space.

In most rooms, there is a small storage area available to give you extra space for your personal belongings (see floor plan).

In the entrance area and the transition room, there is room for storage, and in addition, a generous room of over 20 m² is available for all residents to use as extra storage space.

The location is extremely convenient: Everything you need – supermarket, public transport, bakery, pharmacy, and dining options – is within a few minutes’ walk. A central location that is pleasantly quiet – a combination that is rarely found.
