We also offer our beautiful maisonette suite at Landhotel Diana in Teltow for long-term rental (3 weeks to 6 months).

Our maisonette suites come in various sizes, furnished with bright, modern interiors and wonderful Coco Mat beds, and provide every comfort for a long-term stay. We offer special rates for bookings of 21 nights or more.

All suites are equipped with a kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. In addition, the building has a washing machine and dryer.

Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date; up to 30 days prior, a 40% fee applies; up to 7 days prior, 70%; up to 1 day prior, 90%; and in case of no-show, 100% of the total booking amount.

We usually arrange the payment terms individually with our customers. If nothing further is agreed upon, a deposit of €1,000.00 is required for the confirmed booking, along with an initial 2-week payment rhythm.

House rules: Our apartments are non-smoking apartments

Smoking in the room or suite constitutes a breach of contract and will be penalized with a flat fee of €150.00.

This fee helps cover cleaning costs (curtains, furniture, etc.). If the room cannot be rented on the same day due to a strong smell of smoke, an additional night’s charge will be applied at the daily rate.
