The Osterseen (Easter Lakes) can be reached on foot or by bike in 5 minutes.

You can go hiking to your heart’s content directly from the house.

We are looking for a nice lady (or even a gentleman) who preferably speaks Bavarian, is between 35 and 57 years old (with a driver’s license), has a love for gardening, and who can also imagine cooking healthy meals twice a week in winter for themselves and for Paul 66 (whose health is a bit unpredictable).

(If it works out – also doing the shopping now and then and helping out a bit otherwise.

This will be clearly arranged (charged at 20 euros per hour) so that there are no problems or misunderstandings.)
