The accommodation is fully furnished with everything guests could need for a perfect stay in Prague.- Basic necessities (coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil)- Amenities (towels, clean bedding, soap, hairdryer, washing machine with detergent, ironing board and iron, clothes dryer)- Free internet- Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker- Fully equipped Bathroom - Spacious living room with kitchen and dining area. The sofa can be converted into a double bed if needed to accommodate more guests.Guest accessThe entire apartment is exclusively for our guests and ensures complete privacy. You can fully enjoy and use all rooms during your stay.Other things to noteAll guests are required to complete a simple online registration form and pay the city tax before arrival, in compliance with Czech law. We will send you a link to complete the registration online.🚭 Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a €150 fee.Our working hours are from 9:00 to 17:00. Before 17:00, only lost keys are subject to a €100 fee. After 17:00, our shift ends, and any assistance related to keys (including loss, lockouts, or any other issues) is subject to a €100 fee.In special cases, we may not always be able to assist with door openings. If necessary, a locksmith will have to be called at the guest’s expense, as we do not cover locksmith services.This accommodation is equipped with a 'Minut Home Sensor' device which detects any noise and helps guests to keep the noise under control during their stay. For this purpose, I will share a limited amount of your data (name, phone number and booking data) with Minut. Minut Sensor respects privacy. It is a device that does not contain any cameras or record any sound or listen to what you say or do.
