A demand-controlled exhaust system without heat recovery is employed to ventilate the apartments. Fresh air is drawn in through an external air vent. A humidity-controlled exhaust fan is located in the bathroom, WC, or kitchen. Airflow through the entire apartment is achieved via door undercuts that serve as overflow openings between the supply and exhaust air areas.
SANITARY:
Hot water is produced by an individual apartment station within each unit, with the water and heat meters integrated therein.
Kitchens are equipped with connections for cold and hot water as well as wastewater.

SANITARY FIXTURES:
The sanitary fixtures are from Keramag, type Icon in white, complemented by fittings from Vigour, type White in chrome. The wash basins include under-mounted cabinets. The toilets feature an exhaust system connected to the ventilation.
The shower tray is supplied by the brand Bette, made of high-quality titanium-finished steel/enamel.

ELECTRICAL:
Each apartment is assigned its own electricity meter in the building connection room in the basement. Additionally, there is a meter to record the common areas.
The electrical sub-distributions are located within the apartments.
The switching system is provided by Gira, model E2, in pure white. The apartments are equipped with hands-free indoor intercom stations and electric door openers for the main entrance.
In the bathrooms, LED recessed ceiling lights are installed, and elsewhere in the rooms, there are switchable light outlets. The light outlet above the dining table is dimmable (provided that the light fixture installed by the tenant is dimmable).
The bedrooms and the corridors leading to them are equipped with smoke detectors according to DIN 14676.
The apartments benefit from a basic supply (chargeable via operating costs) with signal delivery from Vodafone (TV). Internet and telephone services must be arranged by the tenant.
Separate networks have been set up for telephone, data, and broadband cable connection (the central unit is located in the multimedia section of the electrical sub-distribution). The apartments are equipped with one TAE socket as well as antenna sockets in the living and sleeping areas. Additionally, data sockets are installed in the bedrooms, living areas, and in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.
In the living rooms, a multimedia cable is installed in the area designated for TV reception.
