This beautiful top-floor apartment is very bright and ideal for a small family, a young couple, or someone who enjoys living alone.
Our apartment was extensively renovated at the beginning of 2024. The laminate flooring in all rooms is new.
Included with the offer is a private storage room in the basement as well as a laundry and drying room used by all tenants in the building and an additional bicycle cellar.
We rent on a long-term basis and expect quiet and orderly tenants with permanent employment.
Rental is available to non-smokers only. Pets are not desired.
Parking is available directly at the house. The apartment includes a garage, which can be rented additionally for €70 on demand.
The additional costs partially include property tax, street cleaning, sewage and waste disposal fees, building insurance, chimney sweep costs, common-area electricity, and caretaker fees.

Our building has 10 apartments, was built in 1983, and has been in family ownership for 35 years.
