Upon entering the apartment on the top floor, you are immediately struck by the abundance of light streaming in through the large windows and doors. From the hallway (approx. 9 m²), all rooms can be accessed directly (no connecting rooms).

From the living room (approx. 23 m²) you can step out onto the south roof terrace. The entire front of the living room is glazed, making it very bright. Even in winter, plenty of light enters the apartment through the large roof windows. The roof terrace can even be used in winter when the weather is nice, as it can be covered with a movable roof.

The roof terrace (approx. 11 m²) faces south, offers plenty of privacy, and is additionally equipped with an electric awning and new WPC decking.

The kitchen (approx. 13 m²) features a roof window and modern kitchen furniture. The rent for the kitchen is 30 euros per month and is not included in the rental price.

Naturally, doctors, pharmacies, schools, kindergartens, and banks are all within walking distance. Thanks to the direct connection to the city bus, the apartment is also interesting for students or shared apartments.
