Calm, well-functioning residential community – unfortunately or fortunately consisting entirely of pensioners ;-) – is looking for successors who are a good fit for moving in with us. Here, people talk to each other, help out when needed, and enjoy a balanced tranquility.

The 3R apartment is located in a six-family house in a quiet spot on a side street. It is oriented S-E/S-W and mostly offers a very nice unobstructed view of the greenery. The residential complex comprises six urban villas and two townhouses, which are connected by a spacious courtyard (lots of green space). House and garden maintenance are managed by a company.

Dresden-East (Meußlitz); on foot, it takes about 5 minutes to reach public transport by bus, about 9–10 minutes by Straba, and 22 minutes by S-Bahn.

The apartment has:

• Bathroom with bathtub and shower approx. 6 m²,

• Kitchen (approx. 6 m²),

If desired and to your liking, the kitchen can be taken over free of charge. About a year ago, at the tenant's expense but with the landlord's permission, a professional company installed an air conditioning system. This unit may remain in the apartment, but it is not maintained by the landlord. The new tenant can take it over, but would need to negotiate the price with the previous tenant.
