The house, with 5 small rooms and two bathrooms, has approx. 100 square meters of living space and, with a large terrace (awning), approx. 120 square meters of usable space.

Ground Floor: Living room with fireplace, kitchen, hallway, guest WC, east-facing bedroom with a shower bathroom, and a storage room with cellar access; new laminate flooring on the ground floor, stairway

Upper Floor: A total of 3 small rooms for sleeping or office use with a new, large bathroom. New carpet in all rooms and on the staircase.

Fixed car parking space in front of the door: €30 + €10 service charge per month

Carport: €60 + €10 service charge per month

Garage: €100 + €20 service charge per month

Last year, a new electric heating system was installed, allowing you to heat individually. The landlord has been paying a monthly advance of €210, including electricity for lighting.

Bad Bevensen is 12 km from Uelzen and 19 km from Lüneburg. With the Interregio train you can be in Hamburg in 1 hour or a bit longer in Hanover.

The wiring and connection sockets for internet and cable TV are present in the apartment. You can freely choose your provider. A fiber-optic connection from Lünecom is available in the building and can be activated without restrictions.

The rent will be adjusted annually by 2.5% (average inflation rate) (graduated rent contract). However, you will not face any additional net rent increases during the entire duration of the contract.
