I am renting out a well-maintained and bright 3-room apartment with a balcony (54 sqm) in a very central location in Böblingen. Perfect for singles or couples; for larger families, the apartment is too small!!! Maximum 3 people.

The apartment was renovated at the beginning of 2025 – freshly painted and equipped with new laminate flooring.

The apartment was previously rented furnished and will be available again from 01.12.2025. Since I do not need the furniture myself, I am looking for a tenant who will take over the existing furniture for a transfer fee.

The furniture is in very good condition – so far, only one person (non-smoker) has lived there.

All furniture in the pictures belongs to the apartment and is to be taken over. Price: €4000 for all the furniture.

The apartment is located in central Böblingen. Shopping facilities such as Aldi and Lidl are approximately a 5-minute walk away. A bus stop is only 3 minutes away on foot, and Böblingen’s main train station is about a 10-minute walk away. Böblinger See as well as other recreational facilities are also accessible within a few minutes.
